Practical Nursing Instructor

Michelle Echard has worked at the Academy since 2021. She earned her RN diploma from Lancaster General Hospital School of Nursing and her B.S. in Nursing from Western Governors University. She is currently enrolled in a Master’s in Nursing Education program through Western Governors University and is to graduate in September 2024.

Professionally, she works per-diem in Same Day Surgery/OR/Post-Anesthesia Care Unit at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital (G-LH). Her nursing background includes Head Trauma/Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation as well as The Wound Healing Institute at G-LH. Michelle also is a Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR).
